The Opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager work a part of a team to deliver a long term multi-phased development in Fareham, Hampshire which involves the construction of traditional build houses and apartments ranging from small apartment blocks to 2 and 3 bedroom terraced houses, and 3, 4 and 5 bedroom detached and semi-detached properties along with extensive landscaping and infrastructure. What they are looking for The candidate will need be an experienced Assistant Site Manager on site with a background in delivering new build residential schemes managing volume housing schemes with PLC housebuilders or Tier 1 main contractors; be able to manage programmes and budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors and liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health and safety is kept to the highest standard.
