Working Hours: 37 hours per week Job Description: As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will: Take full ownership of the mechanical development of advanced frequency products. This involves creating detailed 3D CAD models, selecting suitable materials, designing precision components, and performing thermal and structural analysis to ensure high reliability and performance. Working closely with electronics, systems, and manufacturing teams, the Mechanical Design Engineer will support projects from concept through to prototype, validation, and final release. Responsibilities include designing housings, heatsinks, waveguide structures, test fixtures and other precision assemblies. The Mechanical Design Engineer will also carry out CFD and FEA analysis, validate assumptions through testing, and support both DFM/DFA activities and production-scale manufacturing. You will contribute to environmental testing, reliability assessments, supplier support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
