Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Graduate Application Support Analyst to join this amazing Fin Tech Company working along side the Operations team. The role will involve dealing with clients on a daily basis however will also include working closely with the Operations, Development and Testing team to help make sure client s expectations are met. Principle Responsibilities for the Graduate Application Support Analyst :- Dealing with client queries and managing client expectations from telephone, face to face and emails. Working with the operations team, development team and testing team making sure the client expectations are met. Working as part of a team to implement system configurations, using technical skills such as SQL and tools to configure the IT systems. You will be trained in supporting existing customers, configuring IT systems to their specification and providing consultancy/analysis services. - First hand training on new technologies.
