Presenting evidence to the Projects Director for sign-off and agreement to proceed from project stage to stage during the project life-cycle. Planning Create, for Project Director sign off, a project schedule and Project Brief for each project which meets the needs of the client and our contractual obligations. Prepare all paperwork, in respect of the project e.g. site surveys, risk assessments, method statements, resource plan, purchasing schedule, materials schedule, risk log.
