We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee our operation in the stunning Urquhart Castle,on the bank of Loch NessWe Offer:Salary: £34,000Shifts: 5 days out of 7 including weekendsContract: Full Time/ PermanentAbout the Cafe Manager role:To oversee the operational function of the location, by providing direction and structure to the team and ensuring our product and service is always of a high standardTo build and maintain the client relationship by regularly meeting, problem solving and forward planning with the clientTo ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard from front and back of houseTo continuously work towards improving sales and serviceFinancial and budget management including forecasting, cost control and forward planningTo support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoringTo ensure high levels of Food and Health and Safety are maintained at all time sThe ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.Additional Information
