We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Consultant to configure and implement Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionalities that support and optimise end-to-end warehouse operations. The role involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable WMS solutions.Location: Darlington, UK (Onsite)Contract Duration: 6 months Experience Required: 6-10 years overall (minimum 3+ years in Oracle WMS)Key Responsibilities and DeliverablesGather and document business requirements, including fit-gap analysisConfigure Oracle WMS setups such as: Rules, Task types, Picking and allocation strategiesPrepare test scripts and provide SIT/UAT supportSupport issue resolution during SIT, UAT, and go-live phasesDevelop and deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessionsEnsure solutions align with best practices and business objectivesRequired Skills and ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Oracle WMS configuration and transactionsSolid understanding of: Inventory Management , Shipping Execution modulesProven experience across full implementation or enhancement projectsExcellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced contract environmentNice to HavePrior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse transformation projectsExposure to integrations with upstream/downstream ..... full job details .....
