The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in ALN settings, particularly those with complex special educational needs, and disabilities. Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored, engaging lessons to meet the needs of individual students. Provide one-on-one support and tutoring for students who have ALN Promote a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation and engagement. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to share progress updates and address any concerns. Help maintain a safe, organised, and conducive classroom environment.
