This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations and inspection frameworks. You will lead a committed team in delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care to young people with complex needs, including Autism, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and those at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
