Our client is seeking a dedicated Car Sales Executive to join their busy showroom in Southampton. While previous car sales experience is preferred, they are also open to enthusiastic trainees. Trainee candidates are encouraged to submit a 3-minute video explaining why they would be a benefit to the company. Benefits:

- Basic salary up to £20,000 with OTE of £64,000+
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, with one guaranteed day off in the week
- 1 in 2 weekends off; working Saturday (08:00 – 17:00) and Sunday (11:00 – 16:00) when on

Key Duties:

- Follow and apply the manufacturer’s sales process to meet targets
- Maintain showroom standards and vehicle displays
- Prospect for new and used car customers regularly
- Build relationships with customers through follow-up and excellent service
- Promote finance and insurance solutions in line with FCA regulations
- Complete vehicle handovers and support sales campaigns

Requirements:

- Proven experience in car sales, with a strong sales record, or a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
