They''re now looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to play a key role in project delivery and client engagement.

The Role

• You''ll take the lead on projects, working from early-stage design through to delivery, while being given the autonomy to make real decisions.
• You will:
• Lead mechanical design delivery across multiple projects
• Work closely with architects and clients to develop practical, design-led solutions
• Take ownership of technical delivery and coordination
• Support and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to project strategy and problem solving

What They''re Looking For

• Proven experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy background)
• Strong track record delivering projects across commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors
• Confident leading projects and engaging directly with clients
• Solid technical knowledge across HVAC systems and UK regulations
• A collaborative mindset and interest in design-led engineering
