Your day-to-day tasks will include: Meal Ordering and Dietary ComplianceUse digital tablet systems to take and submit patient meal orders.Understand and interpret dietary requirements, including allergies and cultural needs.Assist patients in choosing suitable meals based on their dietary flags and restrictions. Meal and Beverage Service:Prepare and serve lunch and supper meals per the ward''s schedule.Conduct a minimum of five drink rounds per shift to ensure hydration for all patients.Maintain an organised food trolley and pantry area, serving meals attractively and at the correct temperatures. Hygiene, Safety, and Compliance:Adhere to food hygiene and safety protocols, including PPE use and cleaning procedures.Keep accurate records of food temperatures and allergen controls.Report any food safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
