Key Responsibilities for the Quality Control Technician: Carry out dimensional inspections on both in-house and subcontracted machined componentsInterpret and work from engineering drawings and specificationsUse a range of hand measuring equipment to verify component accuracySupport the development and implementation of quality standardsMonitor and analyse quality performance using SPC / Six Sigma methodsInvestigate product or production quality issues and support corrective actionsReview NCR data, specifications and manufacturing processesWork collaboratively with production teams to resolve quality concernsLiaise with customers and suppliers where requiredMaintain accurate inspection records and quality databasesRequired Skills and Experience for the Quality Control Technician: Experience working as a Quality Inspector in manufacturing or engineeringExperience inspecting CNC machined partsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesCompetent with ..... full job details .....
