This fantastic senior HR opportunity will allow you to be part of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly into the CEO of the business. You will partner with Exec. colleagues to drive continuous improvement and direct all people centric initiatives. Having recently been acquired by a large global business, this is an exciting time to join my client as they look to scale and explore new markets. Key responsibilities of the Head of HR: Leading the HR function, taking responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the HR team ensuring that it provides an efficient and effective service. Take the lead in involvement and support in strategic global projects to strengthen market presence. Lead people and culture development strategies and collaborate with senior leaders on the execution of business strategies. Provide guidance and coaching in situations requiring conflict resolution, policy/procedure interpretation, performance management, disciplinary actions and any other issues as required.
