HR Operations Specialist

Immediately Available HR Operations Specialist needed for an automotive company in London. Fully remote option Your new company You will be working for a well established automotive company in London. This role can operate on a fully remote basis.Your new role You will be working as a Temporary HR Operations Specialist for an initial 3 month period.Some duties will include:Contracts - creation and release of contracts, internal and external using existing templates. Details for which will be provided by the team.Probation - creation and release of probation letters based on instruction from the team.Day to day admin - management of the people inbox and other ad hoc queries. Ranging from questions regarding sick pay, holiday allowance and benefits.Reference requests - creation and release of reference requests using data from NaturalHR (HRIS) (currently in the process of moving to HiBob) Payroll - support to roll out of the new payroll system involves download of previous monthly payroll files from existing providers.Pension - upload of documents into pension portal on a monthly basis for 2 x payroll runs.Benefits - management of information into benefits portals, directed by the team.People inbox requests (as above)Onboarding checklists - review of current process ahead of implementing changes in Q3.Policy refresh - review and suggest amendments to all policies to ensure a consistent approach with correct branding.G-drive tidy up / archive - creation of folders and ..... full job details .....
