We have an exciting opportunity for a Plot Sales Executive to join our dynamic and expanding Plot Sales team.What We’re Looking For

Solid knowledge of property law, especially in new builds and plot salesProven experience as a fee earner or legal assistant in residential conveyancing or volume conveyancingStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with management, sales, and development teamsExcellent organisational, communication, technical, and IT skillsKey Responsibilities

Prepare and issue sales packs including contracts, title documents, and estate informationLiaise with purchasers’ solicitors and respond to enquiriesMonitor and manage contract exchanges and completionsDraft leases, transfers, mortgagee releases, and other legal documentsHandle financial transactions, billing, and ledger reconciliationBenefits
