Responsibilities: Case Management:Oversee a caseload of individuals on probation, conducting regular assessments to monitor progress.Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans based on risk and needs assessments. Counselling and Support:Provide counselling and support to individuals to address underlying issues contributing to criminal behaviour.Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for probationers. Monitoring and Compliance:Monitor and enforce compliance with probation conditions.Conduct regular check-ins, drug testing, and home visits to ensure adherence to guidelines.
