This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils who display challenging behaviour and require additional support to engage with learning, develop positive behaviours, and achieve their potential.The school provides a structured, inclusive, and supportive environment, helping students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. With strong pastoral support and a focus on individual progress, staff play a vital role in improving outcomes for young people with additional needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN, SEND, SEMH, Autism, and behavioural needsSupport pupils displaying challenging behaviour within the classroom and around the schoolPromote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learningAssist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting student progressBuild positive, professional relationships with studentsImplement behaviour support strategies ..... full job details .....
