We Build Recruitment are now looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management company based in Greater Manchester. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical skills across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. This role involves both reactive and planned maintenance work, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across a variety of trades (e.g. plumbing, electrics, joinery, plastering, tiling, etc.). Respond to emergency breakdowns in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, in compliance with current regulations and company procedures. Accurately complete job reports and documentation via mobile devices or paper-based systems. Liaise effectively with clients, tenants, and colleagues to maintain strong working relationships. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle (if provided) in a safe and serviceable condition. Adhere to all health and safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
