This is a high-impact role where you''ll help define and deliver the insurance proposition that protects and supports millions of MandS customers.

What you''ll do

Lead the development and evolution of our customer proposition and distribution strategy across Motor, Travel, Pet, and Home Insurance.Support the Head of General Insurance in managing our 3rd-party insurance partners to maximize the reach and impact of MandS-branded products.Shape and deliver the commercial strategy and PandL for General Insurance, driving results across short, mid, and long-term horizons.Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from Retail, Sparks, Data, and GI partners to align commercial outcomes with customer experience.Drive the data strategy and lead on roadmap definition, commercial planning, and customer outcomes.Who you are

Leadership experience with the General Insurance sector.Proven track record in 3rd Party relationship management and Commercial negotiationExperience of developing and working with 3rd Party PartnershipsProven track record of product acquisition, marketing and channel management/delivery with a clear focus on customer outcomes and experienceProven experience in understanding commercial drivers of GI products along with the regulatory environment and marketplaceWhat''s in it for you
