Support Worker

We're currently looking for a Live-out Support Worker to join our team and support a gentleman living in Corby.
Meet the Client
Our client is a friendly and active man who has experienced an acquired brain injury. He enjoys staying physically active and would love the support of someone who shares his enthusiasm for exercise and healthy living.
You'll be helping him with activities such as physiotherapy exercises, trips to the gym, and swimmingso this role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the go and encouraging others to reach their goals.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be providing thoughtful, one-to-one support during day shifts. You'll help our client with:
Daily routines and personal care
Medication management
Meal preparation
Exercise and mobility support
Weekly skin checks
Fall prevention and reassurance
Planning and supporting daily activities
Full training will be provided, so you'll feel confident and well-prepared to support his needs.
What We're Looking For
Because our client leads an active lifestyle and enjoys getting out and about, we're looking for someone who has:
A full UK driving licence
Their own vehicle
Business insurance in place
This ensures you'll be able to support him with community outings and appointments.
When you'll be working:
- We are looking for a regular team to work permanently with our client
- 9am -3pm
- 6 hour day shifts
- Monday - Friday available (excluding bank holidays
- Full time or part time available
What you'll have:
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility & reliability continuity of care is imperative for our clients
- Good communication skills
- Valid drivers licence, own vehicle and business insurance

- -12.25 up to -13.50 per hour (depending on UK experience and qualifications)
