Head of Strategic Account Management
Head of Strategic Account Management Remote Based Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Lead and grow a high-value portfolio of complex, long-term customer contracts. You''ll set the standard for strategic account management, drive proactive renewals, strengthen executive relationships, and build a high-performing team-all while collaborating across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Transformation teams to deliver results. To be considered you must have at least 3 years'' UK-based experience in a relevant strategic, commercial or customer-facing leadership role, alongside strong NHS knowledge (including approvals processes), experience leading large teams (10+ direct reports) and familiarity with MES frameworks.
