We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team.Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging activities that support children''s learning, development and well-being.Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.Observe, assess and record children\''s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment at all times.Work collaboratively with the team to promote a positive and supportive atmosphere.Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children in your care.Follow policies, procedures and statutory requirements to ensure the highest standards of practice.Benefits

A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualificationStrong knowledge of the EYFS and child developmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for supporting young children to learn, grow and flourish
