We are seeking experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for a fixed-term 3-month contract working night shifts. This role involves performing both deliveries and collections of caged goods within the South West and South Wales regions.You will operate in a busy environment where punctuality, vehicle care, and adherence to safety standards are essential. The shift pattern is Saturday through Wednesday, with start times scheduled between 2 pm and 6 pm.Rate of Pay: £17.93 - £22.46 per hour (PAYE Advance available; other PAYE models also offered)Shift Pattern: Saturday to Wednesday, start times between 14:00 - 18:00 hrsContract Length: 3 MonthsPay Frequency: WeeklyGuaranteed Hours: Minimum 8 hours pay per shiftKey Responsibilities:Safely operate Class 1 HGV vehicles for both deliveries and collectionsDeliver caged goods to designated locations within the South West and South Wales areasMaintain cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle at all timesAdhere to scheduled shift times and complete all assigned routes efficientlyEnsure all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accuratelyCandidate Requirements:Valid Class 1 HGV licenceNo more than 6 penalty points on driving licenceNo disqualifications (DD), disqualifications for insurance (DI), or IN10 endorsementsExperience with caged deliveries preferredReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to work night shifts with flexible start times between 14:00 - 18:00 hrsCommitment to vehicle cleanliness and safety ..... full job details .....
