We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Specialist

with a solid technical and commercial background to manage our local TandL Market and liaise with stakeholders.

The role involves responding to leads, informing customers about new products, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, preparing quotes, and negotiating sales.

You will manage installations, product demonstrations, and training sessions while maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, handling customer credit support, monitoring CRM activities and sales KPIs, and conducting annual pricing reviews are key responsibilities. If you have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, we would love to hear from you!

What You Need to Succeed

Strong individual with solid technical and commercial background to manage local TandL Market and liaise with stakeholdersMotivated, adaptable, and able to work with sales, service, engineering, and logistics across global marketingIdeally 5+ years in technical product sales, preferably in industrial measuring technologies; TandL experience is an advantagePreferred experience in industrial automation, data communication, PLCs, and process industriesStrong verbal and written communication skills, effective in teams of all sizesAble to lead projects and collaborate within project teamsExperience with product launches, opportunity and competitor analysis, and marketingSound analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to manage priorities and resourcesQuick problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills with technical aptitudeOur Offer to You
