Supervise, develop, and motivate staff to deliver meaningful, high-quality support.Plan and allocate resources to meet service user needs effectively.Support new service user referrals, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition into services.Maintain compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements.Ensure personalised support plans promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.Foster strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals.Conduct and support staff appraisals to encourage growth and development.Drive service quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.Manage budgets, maximise occupancy, and ensure cost efficiency, including procurement of goods and services.Qualifications
