Engagement Manager (Customer Success) - Private EquityA Transformative Platform for Private Equity - Scale up SAAS business.Are you looking to embrace this challenge?We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join my client as an Engagement Manager - Private Equity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers, driving adoption and engagement, and building long-term relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive the growth of our business.
Must-Have
4-8 years in Private Equity transaction advisory, tax structuring, or deal execution - ideally from a Big 4, investment bank, or PE firm.
Strong understanding of cap tables, fund flows, investment holding structures, and closing documentation ("closing bibles").
Experience with complex equity mechanics (ratchets, sweet equity, waterfall models).
Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced SaaS environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with or implementing SaaS platforms for financial services.
Familiarity with digital document management and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of competitor deal stacks and PE market dynamics.
