Executive Director of Growth, Giving and Living

About the role
As Executive Director of Growth, Giving and Living, you will lead our income generation strategy. This includes responsibility for both business development and fundraising. You will lead a team that combines commercial insight with charitable purpose, supporting the delivery of commissioned services and growing voluntary income from trusts, donors, corporate partners and legacies.You will shape a joined-up growth strategy that strengthens our financial sustainability and supports service transformation. You will also work closely with colleagues in care, finance and digital to ensure we understand market trends and identify opportunities to expand our reach.This is a key role within the Executive Team. You will contribute to organisational strategy and culture, helping to embed a performance mindset rooted in values. With a supportive Board and clear investment in income growth, you will have the tools and backing to make a lasting difference.About You
You may have a background in business development, fundraising or a combination of both. You might come from the charity sector, care sector, local government or a commercial environment. What matters most is your ability to grow sustainable income, lead high-performing teams and build trusted relationships.You will be strategic, collaborative and confident in managing complex portfolios. You will understand the importance of aligning income with mission, and be motivated by the opportunity to create long-term impact.
