Static Fire and Security Service and Maintenance Engineer Location: Central London Salary: 38,000 - 45,000 DOE About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Static Fire and Security Engineer to join our growing team, working on a prestigious commercial site in Central London. This is a static position, meaning you will be based at a single location, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and minor remedial works across a range of fire and security systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire and security systems. Service, fault-find and repair fire alarm systems. Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intruder alarm and emergency lighting systems. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and system faults. Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately. Liaise with site management and clients to ensure excellent service delivery. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant industry standards and health and safety regulations. Identify opportunities for remedial works and system improvements.
