Electrical Project Manager The Role: The Twenty One Group are working in partnership with a leading business within the Building Services sector and we are currently supporting their campaign to identify an Electrical Project Manager join their existing team. This is with a large, recognised business within the UK and there is a lot of scope here to further your career within the company into more senior roles. Job Description: Work as part of a delivery team, where your role will include but not be restricted to: Procurement (sub-contractors, kit and plant) Programming of work Health and Safety (RAMS) Commercial Responsibility (working alongside Quantity Surveyor and Ops Manager) Ensuring the Project Engineers are fully involved and on board with the project demands. Management of commissioning stages Attending meetings with client team, main contractor, and sub-contractors The Candidate: A demonstrative track record within the building services sector Proven record of working as an Electrical project Manager The ability to manage and motivate trades teams. The ability to fully comprehend technical drawings and bill of quantities.
