to lead the charge on media performance reporting, measurement, and strategic insight – shaping how our clients plan, measure and optimise retail media campaigns.What you''ll do:Insight LeadershipLead GIG’s Insight strategy across planning, campaign reporting, analytics and market trendsCreate and deliver an Insight and Planning roadmap, defining future-facing tools, methodologies, solutions and industry partnershipsDevelop training, processes and frameworks to embed an insight-driven culture across teamsStrategic DeliveryOversee accurate and timely media campaign reporting and delivery solutions for retailer clientsTranslate media campaign data into powerful stories and actionable insightsLead measurement and effectiveness projects using advanced tools (e.g. MMM, econometrics, predictive modelling)Design custom research projects and automated reporting toolsConstantly improve processes, automation, SLAs and team capabilityMedia PlanningOversee data-led, insight-powered campaign planning for top suppliersBuild and embed best-practice frameworks and tools for planning and measurementClient and Partner EngagementAct as a strategic advisor to retailers and FMCG clientsManage 3rd party insight, data and research partnersResolve issues proactively and drive continuous improvementLeadershipDesign, build, lead and inspire a high-performing strategic insight teamDrive a culture of curiosity, collaboration and innovationChampion GIG’s values and create a great place to workMarket Trends and InnovationStay ahead of retail media industry trends and emerging data and tech innovationShare key insights across GIG and represent the business at industry eventsDeliver thought leadership to raise GIG Retail’s industry profileWhat you''ll bring:Proven experience in data, insight and media strategy (retail/FMCG preferred)Strong understanding of retail media networks (RMNs) and measurement methodologiesStrategic mindset with hands-on experience in planning, reporting and media measurementConfident client communicator and presenterPeople leader and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentDrive Insight Integrity.
