The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing, high-technology engineering business delivering complex, multi-disciplinary programmes. This role sits at the heart of engineering delivery and will manage a varied portfolio including new product development, bespoke customer projects, internal improvement initiatives, and research or proof-of-concept work. You will work closely with senior engineering leadership to bring structure, predictability, and clarity to technically complex projects, often starting from incomplete or evolving requirements. The environment is hands-on, fast-moving, and collaborative, with shared engineering resources across multiple concurrent projects.
