This is a full-time permanent role supporting management with the day to day operational activities. Driven by a customer-centric mentality to deliver on our clients promise to consumers, the role requires a competent multitasker ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. You are expected to use your initiative to solve problems and overcome day to day challenges by working cohesively with colleagues and being the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on the processes and procedures of warehouse functions.As a performance coach, you will be open to change, therefore providing training of new processes and supporting new starters. It will involve working with the manager to monitor performance, ensuring the team are motivated to work at their full potential.
