Description
- Manage and oversee property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to the required standard.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with development projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the property sector.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Support the organisation''s wider objectives by contributing to strategic development plans.
