Duties will include:Drafting legal documents including contracts, leases and completion statementsManaging post-completion matters, including submission of SDLT returnsProducing, amending and formatting legal documentation using Microsoft WordHandling digital dictation and copy typingObtaining property searches via Searchflow (or similar platforms)Managing Land Registry applications and documentationCarrying out AML checks in line with compliance proceduresSupporting billing processes, including completion statements and accounts requisitionsGeneral administration, filing and document managementUploading documents to client portals/extranetsLiaising with clients via telephone and in personMeeting and greeting clients and preparing meeting roomsAssisting with post, scanning and office coordination tasksThis Legal PA position is a full time, 12 month FTC role, working Monday - Friday ..... full job details .....
