The Package:Competitive salary of 37,500 per annumPermanent, full-time vacancy.Monday to Friday work, 40 hours.Company van and fuel card.Generous company pension scheme.Annual Holidays including bank holidays.Roles and Responsibilities:Carry out repairs, maintenance, installation, and testing works to the Client''s domestic and commercial properties.To perform domestic and commercial electrical installation condition reporting.Complete minor elements of general maintenance tasks.Complete domestic electrical maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.Complete rewires, upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty wiring to maintain system integrity.Carry out smoke alarm installations, ensuring the proper installation and function of smoke detection systems.Complete fuse board upgrades, modernising electrical panels to meet current regulations and performance standards.Personnel Specification:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical InstallationsCity and Guilds 2361 part 1 and 2 or equivalent.AM2 practical trade test qualification 18th Edition QualificationPrevious domestic experienceValid UK Driver''s LicenceInterested?
