The charity is hiring a new Interim Governance and Operations Manager on a full-time, fixed-term contract until 31st December 2025. They offer a hybrid working model, allowing full-time employees to work from home up to three days a week. This role is key to supporting a governance review, implementing governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, and improving operational processes across the organisation. You will work closely with the charity''s Trustee Board and internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory standards are met, while also driving operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative team environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing and implementing governance policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
