We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive commercial vehicle dealer group based in the Gloucester area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £43,680 with OTE of circa £45,192.

Our client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position, and our client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

- Rotating early/late shift rota with week one: 7:00am–3:30pm and week two: either 3:30pm-12:00am or 1:30pm-10:00pm. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings required and paid as overtime. 

Duties:

- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Supply a professional performance in all aspects of work activities to make an essential contribution to the value and retention of customers.
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements:

- Previous working experience within the role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
