Senior Property Manager
Central London 
£35,500 plus bonus total package circa £41,000

In this permanent role, you''ll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional property management skills, earning a competitive salary of GBP35,500 per year. As a key member of our team, you''ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, leading a small team of Property Managers, and driving initiatives to enhance our customer service and compliance standards.
- Autonomy to manage your own portfolio with clear KPIs- Line management responsibilities for a team of 2-3 Property Managers- Opportunity to support the Compliance Team and Associate Director on business-critical projects

Preferred Requirements:

• Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner, building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and suppliers
• Minimize void periods, negotiate rental renewals, and effectively manage rental arrears
• Organize property inspections, produce comprehensive reports, and oversee repair and maintenance works
• Utilize property management software to ensure efficient operations and compliance
• Encourage positive online reviews to enhance our brand reputation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 24 months of comparable property management experience
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic nature
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with the team
