Project Manager - Housing Communications
My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Project Manager - Housing Communications on a Contract basis. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in branding, communications or marketing-led projects to lead the development and delivery of a new, consistent approach to estate signage, wayfinding and resident information across our housing estates. What''s on offer:Salary: 550 per day, Inside IR35 negotiable based on experience please submit your CV with the rate you requireHybrid working Contract type: ContractMonday - Friday About the role:Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Review existing estate and block signage, including outdated branding, regulatory signage and heritage namingAssess communal entrance areas, noticeboards and information displays, identifying gaps and inconsistenciesWork across housing, communications and resident engagement colleagues to determine where and how estate history, heritage or identity should be reflectedProduce a clear branding and signage framework, including visual standards, tone of voice, messaging hierarchy and placement guidance About you: You will have the following experiences:Extensive experience in a similar roleProven experience managing branding, marketing or communications led projectsBring strong project management skills, with experience taking projects from scoping and discovery through to implementationLocal Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is ..... full job details .....
