Senior Project Manager
to join our growing team and support the delivery of a range of high-profile urban design and masterplanning projects in the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.This is a full-time position based in
Central London
, ideal for a talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with
at least 10 years of post-qualification experience
in urban design and masterplanning within a relevant consultancy environment. You will work closely with the Urban Initiatives leadership team to manage large-scale masterplanning projects, with a strong focus on client engagement, team coordination, and delivery. The role involves
overseas travel
, predominantly to the Middle East and Africa.Proven experience managing large-scale masterplanning projects, particularly in the
Middle East and/or AfricaA
creative and strategic approach
to urban design and masterplanningStrong
organisational and project management skills
, with attention to detailExcellent
client-facing skills
, including communication, presentation, and report writingFluency in
written and spoken EnglishPossess
strong people management skills
and experience overseeing project initiation, sub-consultants, budgets, and programmesBe proficient in relevant software, including
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 2D/3D CAD software
such as
