Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Develop BIM models and manage digital workflows.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and external consultants.
• Contribute to technical problem-solving and value-engineering.
• Support site operations, RFIs, and compliance checks.

Skills & Experience

• Chartered membership (MCIAT) or working toward it.
• Strong Revit proficiency.
• Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
