A successful candidate will have experience in existing research analysis to support their development of research skills to fulfil the role. Additional experience in topics related to private markets research are a bonus.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high quality investment ready sustainability research on a range of investment classes, sectors and across thematic issues

Effectively communicate research findings to enable integration into investment decision making

Contribute to thematic research, particularly identifying investment opportunities across the global economy for innovative and disruptive companies that are driving structural and foundational changes in the global economy

Help scale our thematic engagement activities across the investment platform by collaborating on bottom-up research and analysis

Consolidate and build up detailed investment coverage, and expand our existing proprietary database of companies with alternative datasets

Closely follow trends and evolutions in individual themes and ensure our investment strategies continue to reflect them well

Publish thought leadership pieces and generate content related to our themes through detailed articles and white papers

Contribute to the completion of ESG Scorecards

Contribute to the wider Stewardship and Sustainability agenda

Requirements and ExperienceThis role is ideally suited to someone who can demonstrate:Demonstrable experience as a research analyst or relevant sector practitioner.

Experience using analytics and research to prepare concise, actionable content to inform decision-making

A degree in science, finance or economics, with demonstratable numerical and analytical skillset.

Excellent communication skills ( written and verbal)

Effective stakeholder engagement/management, and ability to build good relationships internally and externally

Ability to produce high quality reports/deliverables suitable for a senior audience.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Proactive with individual accountability; takes ownership to drive delivery forwards without instruction.

Effective problem-solving skills to design and implement solutions.

Integrity and strong work ethic with a positive outlook and belief in our purpose.
