Dudley Council .Location: Tiled House, 200 Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, Brierley Hill, DY5 4LEHours: Various contract hours (from 19.5 to 37 hours per week)Salary: Grade 4 £12.85 to £13.05 per hourResponsibilities

Support vulnerable adults at Tiled House and enable them to lead as independent a life as possible.Provide care in crisis or following hospital admission; ensure correct support to meet needs.Plan and provide person-centred care that promotes respect, dignity and personalisation.Deliver high quality care including assistance with physical and personal needs and administration of medication, if required.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; maintain accurate recordings.Work as part of a team; participate in mandatory training during induction (including online training).Contract hours on a set rota including alternate weekends and bank holidays with relevant enhancements.Hours are between 7:30am and 9:30pm, dependent on rota and service needs.Requirements

Right to work in the UK.
