Your new company An award-winning ICT company based in Cardiff.Your new role Working as a HR Assistant, you''ll undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager on a temporary basis of 4-6 months initially. You''ll be a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Key responsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources ManagerMaintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and recordsGenerate reports to track attendance for company presentationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant dataEnter employment data into the company databaseAssist in creating policies and proceduresMonitoring company mandatory training completion for all staff to avoid any access being revokedAssist the HR Manager with the hiring processLiaise with the IT third party company to create a streamlined onboarding process for new hiresSupport staff with password resets and system issuesComplete mandatory training when requiredAdhere to the information security policy responsibilitiesWhat you''ll need to succeed You''ll have experience working in HR administration or as an HR Assistant or Recruitment Administrator previously.
