Ready to manage schemes from tender stage through to final account while shaping commercial strategy?We''re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client''s commercial team as they deliver a strong pipeline of projects for the foreseeable future. This role offers the chance to work with a variety of clients under NEC and ICC contracts, taking full responsibility for commercial management and mentoring junior team members along the way.Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you''ll be a key player in cost control, procurement, and contract administration - ensuring each project is delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.What you''ll do:

Lead the commercial management of assigned projectsPrepare detailed financial reports and forecastsManage variations, claims, and contractual noticesBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsOversee procurement strategy and change control processesPrepare interim applications for payment and agree final accountsWhat we need from you:

Civil engineering experience within the UKDegree in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
