This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering payroll and HR operational support within a fast-paced, structured setting. The Role You will support the delivery of payroll and HR administrative services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include: Supporting matrix management of a small team of HR Advisers Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll processing Maintaining and updating data within the HR Information System Monitoring HR case trackers to ensure actions remain on track Resolving transactional HR queries and managing escalated issues Ensuring GDPR compliance and protection of sensitive personal data Researching and recommending solutions to meet business needs Essential Requirements Proven experience using MHR iTrent (mandatory) Strong Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills Experience within HR Operations and payroll environments Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced operational role Active SC clearance or eligibility ..... full job details .....
