Senior Structural Engineer Henley on Thames Hybrid + 1 day office based Circa £70,000 + benefits A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to help build and lead a new structural engineering function. This opportunity would suit a Senior Structural Engineer who wants more autonomy and the chance to shape and grow a department. The Role • As Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead structural design across new build, refurbishment and alteration projects • The Senior Structural Engineer will produce structural calculations, drawings and technical reports • Carry out site inspections and advise on defects and remedial solutions • Work closely with architects, surveyors and contractors throughout project delivery • Support internal teams and help develop systems, processes and standards as the Senior Structural Engineer About You • Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE) • MEng or MSc in Structural or Civil Engineering • 4+ years post-graduate design experience working as a Structural or Senior Structural Engineer • Strong technical knowledge with relevant structural design software • Confident communicator with a proactive and commercial mindset expected of a Senior Structural Engineer Package • Circa £70,000 + bonus • 25 days holiday + bank holidays • Pension • Hybrid working with 1 day in the office • Genuine opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to shape and grow a new structural engineering function If you are a Senior ..... full job details .....
