Develop mechanical design concepts and feasibility studies for new and existing productsLead the design of complex enclosures used in subsea, naval, and defence applicationsWork closely with electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineers to deliver integrated solutionsContribute to proposals and RandD initiatives that support future business opportunitiesWhat You’ll Need

Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical EngineeringSolid experience with 3D CAD tools – ideally Creo and/or AutoCAD InventorUnderstanding of manufacturing methods for electrical enclosures (fabrication, machining, castings, welding, coatings)Strong grasp of materials selection and mechanical design under requirements like thermal, EMC, and shockExcellent communication skills and the confidence to present ideas and designs to stakeholdersA proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn and shape future processesSecurity Clearance: You must be eligible to obtain UK security clearanceWhy Apply?
