We''re looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our growing team based in Evesham.In this role, you''ll report directly to the Engineering Manager, playing a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all site equipment. You''ll work across planned maintenance and respond to reactive breakdowns, helping to maintain full production capacity in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.What You''ll Be Doing: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of equipment Document all work completed, including faults, repairs, and parts used Respond rapidly to breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are met Identify and report issues that require escalation or further investigation Apply practical problem-solving to keep equipment running, even when parts may need adapting due to short lead times or tight production schedulesWhat We''re Looking For: Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role within the food or FMCG industry Electrical qualification (essential) Steam/boiler experience or a BOAS accreditation is highly desirable Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability Able to work independently and as part of a team A proactive, adaptable ..... full job details .....
