Maintain current, target state, and roadmaps for critical domains and assets, aligning across Business Units (BUs) and with the Market Unit (MU) strategy and architecture.Align architecture roadmaps with business investment plans and initiatives.Direct and coordinate work across the Health Insurance Architecture Team.Serve as the single point of contact and escalation for architecture development across business units and with senior business and technology leadership.Ensure quality and accountability for architecture deliverables.Drive technical alignment across the Health Insurance design community, including Enterprise, Solution Architecture, and Engineering.Communicate architecture direction and its alignment with business strategy and enterprise direction.Track progress and quality of architecture initiatives.Significant experience as an architecture practitioner in a regulated financial services industry, ideally insurance.Strong problem-solving, strategic, and creative thinking skills.Experience with modern architectures, complex distributed systems, and microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.Strong product design and development experience in an agile environment.Viva is our global wellbeing programme and includes all aspects of our health from mental and physical, to financial, social, and environmental wellbeing.
